1. We will not ship to any person under 18 years of age.
2. Orders placed from the following areas for Pellet Guns will be refused due to the laws, restrictions and conditions of sale in your state or city:
New York City and its boroughs, New Jersey (FFL required), Chicago and Morton's Grove IL, Michigan, San Francisco CA, and Philadelphia PA. We cannot ship Co2 to Alaska, Hawaii Puerto Rico or any foreign country.
Other states, cities, and counties have regulations pertaining to Pellet Guns and it is up to the purchaser to know and abide by these Laws. Jacks Bargain Bin will not be responsible for those who purchase Pellet Guns against their local, state, and county laws.

4. JacksBargainbin.com reserves the right to utilize alternative carriers to minimize costs and to allow for shipment of oversize/overweight items. Items which violate the terms and conditions of a carrier are beyond our control and the buyer must use common sense and not attempt to send items which are not media via a media rate offered. Any additional fees incurred are the sole responsibility of the buyer when proper shipping method is not selected.
5. Some of our items are located in seperate facilities and may result in a higher shipping charge. We will attempt to contact the buyer if this occurs and offer either a refund or partial refund if possible, otherwise the order will be cancelled and remitted funds will be returned as soon as possible.
